| Quote: Alan "No charge to answer, after being put on report at Leigh.
Apparently he was 'stepping over' Stuart Littler and ,as usual the DVD evidence was 'inconclusive'.'"
He must have the most appearances at the Judiciary and then `No case to answer`............Not bad for someone whose tackling technique is over robust to say the least.

| Ah well he only stepped over him twice and the TJ who was 10 metres away got it wrong.
Good job Geo Stokes was the ref as I am sure reffy will tell you any other ref would have sent him off on a TJ's intervention.
No doubt the RFL will have to discipline the incompetant touch judge for wasting the Disciplinary comittees time
Yeres should sue

Not clear yet whether Stu was cited for attempting to bite Yere's boot off, or blow his nose on the sole of it!

| This guy must have friends in high places, since 2010 he has been cited 12 times - No charge 9 times!
Just the amount of times he appears before the committee should set the bells ringing.
Good job his name is not 'Timmy Street'!

All referees, having confirmed that the TJ is sure he has called it correctly, should back his TJ and dismiss the offender. Any ref who doesn't is either arrogant or a fool and will lose the support of his colleague next time it happens.

Have to disagree, why do you think the media call him "the jukebox"?

| Funny how many on here used to slag Fleary off when he played for Leeds, then when he signed for Leigh, he went from "villan" to "enforcer"!

Fleary was rubbish!
Every move stalled when it went through Fleary's hands - either a laboured pass, a laboured run or a knock-on was the result every time he touched it. That was from day 1.

Aye, along with a few others that season.
