Oh, you mean the bottle that ROLLED towards the field after it was accidently dropped by a child.....? Is that what you mean?
The club and the rfl investigated and thats what it was found to be. Sorry to disapoint.

The child was sat at the front of the south stand, so it just rolled forward - and at no point did it hit Riddell. It was never claimed to have done, even before the 'culprit' was found.

I don't take myself seriously, but I do get offended when people feel the need to correct others spelling mistakes on forums. (Its different if you talk in text speak cos thats just gash!)
I have a learning difficulty and it has taken me a long long time to get the confidence to join in with discussions - and when I do, it takes me a long time to post as I try to the best of my ability to make sure my writing makes sence and words are spelt correctly.
Please think on in future when you see a missing s or whatever - is it really that important that it needs mentioning?? |
