Why? Derek knows his rugby, is great at selling the club and negotiating contracts. I think he's doing a great job as Director of Rugby, not many DoRs would be able to entice the players he has to step down a division.

I think that Wayne Bennett bloke would do a job. I'm sure Derek can convince him to come. He can kill two birds with one stone and get to see more players live for his England role.
