I hope Derek rejoins the board - he puts money in and has never stopped doing so - but most of all because he is a dynamic salesman with clear vision, ambition and ideas. (He may also convince Blakeley to come back too)
No chance of him working FT as he runs a very successful and growing business, but a few hours a week would transform the commercial activity and take us out of the dark ages.
He will have also learned so much from last time.
