Taking all things at the into consideration, who do you want as our next coach? I've put a re-voting option in, in case you change your mind or the clubs situation changes anytime soon. I'll also add any suggestions people have, it will reset the voting, but at least there's an accurate, up to date opinion of who people want. So any sensible suggestions will be added.

Right, i've refreshed everything and added a few other suggestions from the thread, and taken some out who have either rules themselves out or got other jobs, see where it stands now........

Just think how good Bristow would be.

He was an awsome player for us (doesn't meen a good coach i know)
Was a fans favourite
IMO wouldn't be massively expensive
Knows what it meens to the people of Leigh to be successful
Has been coaching in Aus for the last few years
I am told he will be visiting leigh soon anyway so i wouldn't hesitate in offering it him then!

So you'd uproot your family and give up your current employement for a 10/15 grand a year contract at Leigh ?

That would be for a part-time coach though Steve where as it's someone full time we need these days your talking £25 - £30K now whether we can afford that though is another matter.

Thats the point Fred , we will/should know by now almost exactly what our income will be next season , so whoever we get has to fit around that in the first instance

People need to realise , there is nobody there now to just sign a personal cheque to pay a bill/wage when the bank says " No "

Next year we have to live within our means , we will still have contracted commitments we have to honour , the figures have to add up , and in my experience you never cover every possible eventuallity , so you have to work on your expenditure being say 90 % of your income

I agree with you here Steve, if it's a proven part time coach we need, Steve McCormacks doing a cracking job at Swinton part-time.

Someone like Phil Veivers/Keiron Purtill/Richard Marshall would be ideal.
