Our pack got back something like form today awesome result

Great result today. Bibey was awesome today and Magraff had one of his bestgames today.

Made the walk worthwhile!

Graffters tackling was excellent today and he even offloaded. Some people were critising Nash today but I don't think he had a bad game. His tackling was first class and he took the ball in well. JT put his usuall good hits in. The only minus points were our kicking and the three soft tries we let in when they were on the rack. But it's a good team that picks itself up after making mistakes and wins like that. Heard one texter on the GMR SL show say that that ref was apauling.

I think if any of the dual contract players were to come in then Nash would be the one to make way. He didn't have a bad game - all 17 deserved the result today - but he did put us on the back foot a couple of times with needless penalties. Whether this is a result of a lack of gametime and therefore a lack of match fitness, I don't know, but it's happening a little too often for my liking.

In the second half Nash was penalised for holding down. My view was that the tackled player grabbed hold of his shirt with such intensity that it prevented Nash getting up

After that it seemed to wind Nash up as he was so annoyed as a result he looked better than he has done in any game I have seen him play this season.He is a good player who has been lacking confidence since his injury.

That Widnes player'the ref who fell for it' and the touch judge' who missed it have done our club a big favour with the playoffs so near.

It was Doran and he had Nash in a bear hug at the time. Couldn't believe the ref gave it as he had a clear view of it.

So that penalty gained knocks one off Doran's tab. Only 435 penalties over the course of the season to make up!

Hopefully today will give us a massive boost for the run in now, the players certainly enjoyed the win at full time!
