dual contract players are not allowed play in the challenge cup for their dual club only thier main club, its like being cup tied in football i think

However, when Wire get knocked out and we're still in it....

Lets hope thats the case because I reckon with the luck of the draw we could go quite far in the competition this season.

We'll be much better for having the 3 Wire lads should they get knocked out before us however I'm confident guys like Hartley, Higson, Meekin, and Stanton can all stand up to the task if needed

Lets not get carried away it really does depend on the "LUCK" of the draw & if we don't get drawn a championship club after Limoux then there is doubts that we'd get far in the competition.

I was speaking to Basil today and he said he wasn't going to play any of the DC's in any of the Challenge Cup rounds because he didn't want to ruin the lads chances of playing at Wembley by being cup tied.
He said he would never forgive himself if, say Warrington got into the final and one of the lads could have played but couldn't because of playing a previous round for us. A players coach if ever there was one is our Basil.

Just think how disappointed they'll be when we get there

So I suppose we really need Warrington and Saints to go out in this next round.

I'm hoping for Wigan in the next round if we beat Limoux.
