Looking at the fact that we play fax the thurs after this game I think this is one the times a fri nite game would have been best for the team, not a fan of the Friday games but fax is a gonna be a must win game and I feel we would better having a week to prepare for it rather than 4 days

You beat me to it, however we should be able to beat Rochdale without to much of a struggle, maybe thats why we opted to leave it at Sunday.

Ahem!!!
Might I just remind you of the last time you thought you were going to beat the living daylights out of Hornets and one Leyther forecast a score in excess of 100, we came over and gave you a real hiding and no mistake.
When Hornets took the lead early on and we were ironically singing 'Easy, Easy.' a chap in front of me said "We haven't started yet!" Early in the second half after we'd just scored twice to go 0-32 I tapped him on the shoulder and said, "You won't forget to let me know when you get started will you?" He was ashen faced.
Admittedly, on paper, you should beat us with a big score but remember that our great game is not played on paper.
See you on the day eh???

I was at that game and the following week we conceded over 50 at Fax'not to mention Leythers' fighting amongst themselves in the Fax North stand. In actual fact it wasn't long before HKR fans followed our fans example. 
Opposition should never be taken for granted. |

Have faith Ian , we will win , looking at their team for last week , their star man was our ex-player John Cookson , i cant see them troubling us , Swinton in the next round , then Wigan at the LSV ,happy days .
