I was generally concerned about the result of this match given its magnitude when the imbecile in the number 10 Leigh shirt was given the early red card, but the players really dug in especially the forwards left to do long mins under the hot sun.

There were a few notable performances but Harrison Hanson was immense out there.

There was no 'comeback' it was just as always at Mount Pleasant, a game of two halves meaning, whoever is playing down the Slope has a distinct advantage and believe me, it truly is a Slope!

Hi 'H', I know your not going to hold back in your criticism of Acton however, what did you think of the two 'imbeciles' who got themselves sent off against Leeds and brought the club such bad National press in the process? Peter Matautia in particular, it could be argued cost us dearly at Blackpool against Canada's best team and, his 'Brain fart' against Leeds was equal to anything Acton may have done!
There is no doubt both Matautia and Dawson have both been missed and, they severely weakened our team with their prolonged respective absences

Hansen was a machine as was Ben Reynolds but the Big H stood out a mile for me, a true Captains knock !

Nah, I disagree about Hansen. Once again, he didn't put in a full shift, coming off a couple of minutes before the end! Full marks to Larroyer as well - didn't he do the full 80?

Dawson's Verbals may have been disrespectful however, the Referee was the only person at the ground or on TV who didn't see Dawson physically impeded and prevented from making a try saving tackle! What do the RFL say to Refs when they so blatantly miss incidents ? Dawson's words were born of frustration not because he was trying to prevent our team losing! Kendall will probably have watched the game later and hopefully he will have spotted his mistake and think twice before despatching players to the dressing room? To Dawson, choose your words more carefully next time!
