I find the first to commit quite ironic. Massive loss to the team in 2017 and quite instrumental in the lack of go forward due to the ban and yet first announcement to commit to the new cause. Although of course, I'm delighted he's staying - bags and bags of potential and a hybrid of Timmy Street and Chris Hill. Boooom!
Another prediction: Championship player of the year 2018 - Jamie Acton. I think he's ready!

Jamie's discipline did improve this season but he is under the microscope at the Rfl. Never seen him do anything as blatantly dangerous as Bird, if he could just get rid of the brainfarts, incidently, which a decent coach would help him with, he definately has the potential to be a superstar. Well done Jamie, well done Derek, now we need a coach to manage him

Just a view but based on the fact for whatever reason most fans seem to agree discipline has been a major reason for some of your problems even in the final. I agree re-signing Acton is wise, however I think making him the first long term name to sign and announcing it gives the wrong message
