Before i get lots of abuse.. I know its our first season in super league and i know we've had our fair share of injuries too, what we've achieved over the last few years since Arthur resigned and half the squad left for Swinton, has been amazing BUT if I'm honest Im already getting worried about the middle 8's and holding on to our super league status. IMO this is the biggest year in our recent history; our only real threat this year are Hull KR, but if we get relegated then we'll face a far different Championship competition than the one we left... a full-time Toulouse side with a years experience and stronger squad, a stronger Bradford side without a points deduction and, how could we forget, a Toronto side which by next year will be capable of beating most NRL sides if they continue acquiring players as easily as they have so far. I was really disappointed with our pre-season signings; as a Championship side we were able to attract the likes of Hock, Weston, Higham, Hansen, Moi Moi and Chase so i was surprised when we failed to make any real impact this winter with the likes of Crooks, Green, Hampshire, Naughton & Burr hardly raising many eyebrows. Is it wrong of me to hope that we could of made a real effort to sign the likes of Hardaker, Walsh, Kelly & Carney? we failed to build on our key areas (FB & HB) with any real super league quality and i fear that will be our downfall unless its corrected soon. If we don't then the road back to super league will be longer and harder than ever before....

Not sure Toronto will be in a position to beat any NRL sides....

The worry is only getting 3 home games, and the possibility of HKR and Toulouse away!

Toronto wont get to NRL level any time different level but they will undoubtedly get in SL

And yes leigh should have recruited far better

Who do you suggest we should have signed other than those we attempted to ??

Sorry im not privvy to who they tried to recruit but im sure at tge time they could have done better , so called a few coming in after wakey game lets hope they are they key we need .. a good pivot will solve alot of our problems

Easy to say we should have done better, putting it into practice I would suggest is not that simple - we certainly approached others, who decided it was not to be, not a lot you can do about that

Obviously was as some are coming in soon

Well it doesn't mean they were available at the time does it, or that the funds weren't best kept for when it matters

Out of interest, do you have anything positive about anything related to the club, if so please enlighten us - we are in better place now than we have been for over 30 years, surely you can see that
