Just a quick post to say well done to you and your team for a fantastic victory on Saturday.

Personally I was disappointed at our inability to put the ball down over the line legitimately and our lack of composure close to the line. Leigh certainly rode their luck at times but nothing wrong with that as all teams need to do that in order to beat those higher/better than them.

I hope you make it in Super League as despite the result I had a great day out in Leigh. With the V1 it makes Leigh away a very convenient away day, always a good atmosphere and I met plenty of good Leigh fans/players after the game in town.

yeah we rode our luck , but Salford's forward pas try gave them the momentum to get them back into it , swings and roundabout's , the good thing from a Leigh POV is that Salford aren't really a middle 8 side and have been unfairly punished , lots and lots of hard work to be done yet before we start getting or hopes up.

Is it just me or is this forum and absolute nightmare to se these days , tried 3 browsers and just get a spinning wheel for 10 mins before the page loads or it crashes my browser , most of the time I give up !

Yeah very well done and hope you keep it up! Had you not imploded last year you would almost certainly have replaced my team in SL; this year you have gone about things much more quietly and professionally despite the early season issues. You deserve a crack at SL, just so relieved that my lot are not in the M8 mix this year!

I have the same issue that persists for a while *days & weeks* then disappeared for a bit, only affects me on this forum.

Does the spinning wheel offer you a chance to win an iPhone or Samsung S7 ?

If it does then it is a scam site which I have reported via the report function, don't seem to have blocked this nuisance pop up though.
Don't click on it, it will try to stop you backing out of it with the back scroll, the only way I can get rid of it is by closing down the phone & then clearing the Web data cache on restarting, even this is often blocked by the pop up.

Same pop up appears with different format informing me that my S7 is critically infected with a virus etc & a fake Google logo, this is linked to the spinning wheel scam too.

Bongser still has full faith in his trusty I-Pad Uno and his entry level, small screen 'phone both of which experience none of the above problems. Lads, it ain't just as simple as buying loads of SL gear! It guarantees nothing.

The game's reasonably simple. Stick to the basics. As your rock and foundation, you need to pick a team that is going to turn up and perform consistently, week in, week out for the whole of the season. Then, yes, add one or two flair Aps to mix it up a bit but not too many - every team needs a backbone of workhorses.

no , its nothing ike that I dont think , i get it from my mobile tablets (note 10.1/ipad) from my windows lappy and my macbook pro ( even through a clean install of windows through virtualbox)

its just damn slow , its either all the embedded advertisements or its running scripts when you load a page but its the worst performing forum I use , its very slow , sometimes I give up trying to post because it just takes so long , even back in the day on a dialup modem forums where never this slow and I have a 200mb modem , so there are other people experiencing issues which I am glad to see its not just me, not sure when the forum changed to this new appearance as my posting dropped of a few years ago because of the change , but surely the forum owner can see that post counts must be down quite a bit? ill run a web debug to see all the stuff its doing .

Stick adblock on your browsers.It will kill all off-site ads (pay per click).And only show the ads/images residing on the server.
