| I think if/when we get in the top 4 guaranted, we should start rotating the squad every week to keep them fresh for the 8s (this has a downfall of lack of continuity)......
In the meantime, we still have a big enough squad to rotate a few players everyweek.......
I can't see how Moi Moi at 35 can play a full season, he needs to be used wisely and given adequate rest periods for example...... we practically have two teams that we could rotate:
1. McNally / Smith
2. Higson / Pownall
3. Worthington / Pala
4. Armstrong / Tonga
5. Kay / Harper
6. Chase / Ridyard
7. Brierley / Foster
8. Weston / Spencer
9. Higham / Beswick
10. Emmitt / Hock
11. Hanson / Maitua
12. Dixon / Patterson
13. Acton / Hopkins / Barlow???
What's happens to Barlow by the way?

Suppose that depends on what happened in court on Friday (think it was Friday).

Mooky ,when a player trains all week in a full time environment, he is doing so with the object of playing in the team at the week end not being sat in stand being rested as folk put it.I'm sure if you asked any player would he sooner be out on the pitch playing or being rested he would choose playing, a few years ago players worked a 40 hour week , trained 3 times a week, and sometimes played 2 games a week, and a rest never came into it.
Our players weren't tired in the 8's last year,we were beaten by better sides on the day, young men like Ryan don't want to be sat in the Stand, they get enough rest when injured or when their career is over,I'm sure if you ask Ryan he will say he prefers being out on the pitch, for e play your BEST 17 week in week out.

It's good to have a week or 2 off, mentally as well as physically.... given the size of squad we have, we have the luxury....
We need to peak near the end of the season, not the start like we did last year....
Its too much to ask Moi Moi to play every game at 35, he'll retire instead of staying on another year

Mooky, as you rightly say Fui is 35 ,he is played in 15 or 20 minute spells ,and maybe would welcome a week off , but ask the younger members of the Squad ,I'm sure they will tell you they train to play and want to play every week.

| Do we? We should be I agree. But nothing should be taken for granted yet. We have proved nothing yet this season.

They might want to play Ian, but it's not necessarily the best thing for them. If we have the squad to be able to rotate them why not use it.
How much more effective would Reynolds have been with 6 or 7 games under his belt before the play offs?

Positively. Reynolds and Brierley just looked overwhelmed by the challenge. Also, Ridyard's loss is always very significant to the team. I believe he missed 1 game in the 2014 Championship and Leigh lost 1 game all year, that game. Rotation is a must this year.

I agree, let's keep the players fresh...... the downfall is we'll probably lose a few more games than we want to, but if we're in the top 4 who cares..... Also if you chop and change a team drastically each week you can lose continuity, but if we keep it to 3 players a match we should be fine
We have a lot of players over the 30 barrier who should be priorities for rotation.....
Tonga
Higham
Beswick
Moimoi
Hock
Hanson
Matuai
Hanson can't do a full season in the 2nd row, but we have good depth in the forwards and back row to rotate.....

And once upon a time gone by man use to hunt for food, most prefer going to the supermarket these days.
Glow ,Marwan sometimes does put more than one horse in a race, obviously owning around 100 horses he can't put them all in the same race, but I've known hI'm put up to 5 horses in the same race, especially at Chester by doing this you can sometimes dictate the outcome of the race.Marwan is not the only one to do this ,on Thursday this coming week Nick Henderson has entered 5 horses in the same race.
