As Salford are trying to get games postponed for injuries & Wakefield have been banging on about how they're only doing so bad due to having players out I do really think our biggest strength is the number of quality players we have, our strength in depth. All teams struggle with injuries at some point but this year I don't think it'll particularly make a big difference to us even if we have several players out injured.

There's 2 13s there not including Wilkes, Aspinwall, Walker(loan), Hock, Tracey or Foster; and I think they'd both be very confident against anyone in The Championship.

Hopefully Reynolds can be called back from his loan, especially with McNally out and Pownall, Ridyad and Brierley all limping at various points of the Batley game.

Can Pitman be called back, or is he on season long loan?

McNally was sat near me on Sunday and said he will be ok for next week!

Wouldn’t mind seeing Reynolds having a go at 9 with Penky out, not that Foster did anything wrong Sunday his time will come.

Overall squad and reserves are way too good for Championship rugby. Strength in depth most definitely.

I also personally believe the amount and quality we currently have are more than capable of gaining promotion.

I am not so sure that Reynolds has good enough defence for a 9.

Is that based on games with Leigh or his loan spell..

I haven't seen enough of him to judge, and that's why I'd like to so him given a go, but at 9 he'd inter changing with BB and therefore able to put more into defence than saving himself at 6 or 7.

Ben has had very little time on the pitch in any game at Leigh to be able to form an opinion.

Reserves, first team (pre season) and at Donny now.

I'm a big fan of his (great goal kicker too) but defensively he's not a 9 (yet!) in my opinion.

Foster has the potential to be as good as any hooker in super league why anyone would want to play Reynolds there is beyond me ! Its like asking Acton to play full back

Salfordlad would make a great full back,try getting past him if he catches you for a chat.

Rubbish it’s more like signing a half back and playing him on the wing but we’d never do that either would we.

I hope Foster fulfils his potential, but in todays game there’s little to choose between half backs and hookers, so I’d like to see what Reynolds has to offer, without disrupting the Riddy/kez partnership so with Penky out perhaps an opportunity to see what he can do, we may need him further down the line.

Would you play lex at hooker ? You say there is little difference I disagree, hookers regularly top the tackle count in a game , make most meters and potentially most tackle busts , can Reynolds do that I don't think so I see Reynolds as a creative player providing good balls for 2nd rowers and centres to run onto
