| It was good in parts , should we have scored 100?Yes in my opinion , we didn't because we threw out to many wild passes ,obviously it looks good when they come off but we must have bombed around 6 tries , including the forward Passes .
What price before the game of Ryan not scoring a try ?Our forwards did OK , and we made good yards in the second half , I thought Pats were slowing the game down though , but they tried and were not shown up .My mate George Herring spent as much time on the Pitch as the Pats players , it was funny when about 10 Leythers started shouting "George ",I think it got to him as he didn't come on with the water for the last 2 Leigh tries .
Charlie wouldn't mind Wigan at the LSV in the next round . .

Doesn't the 'home' team always pick the MOM? They would obviously give it to one of their own players in what sounded a spirited performance from the Pats lads.

Nozzy , im sure in CC games the MOM is picked bya representative from the CC sponsers , for me Ryan B was MOM he must have covered every inch of the pitch twice , and still didn't get a try never mind Ryan you created a couple . .

call me cynical if you like but my practised eye could have swore there was more than a 1,000 on about 1200 or so I thought,, I don't like to complain me but as I was forced into the West stand against my wishes, I have to say that I didn't enjoy being in there as all through the match I was constantly having to rise from my seat to let people past or to see the game as People in the lower rows were blocking my view wandering in and out, also I notice the spirit of Norman Collier still lives on in the tannoy system, and just one more thing ,them two bloody aggravating ball boys, who showing no interest in the match at all ,stood in front of the west stand throwing the ball to each other ,and catching my eyeline spoiling my enjoyment, so the next bloody time they decide to not open the North stand ,I will be a non attender, make it stop. now.

| Don't know about 100, was disappointed we didn't top 80 points. Still a few too many handling errors and wild passes; I know this was the game for trying a few things like that but after Keighley last week I'd liked to have seen less of it. As for MOM Doesn't it normally go to the home team no matter who's sponsor, plus think a few times we've given it to the amateur team. Remember once when Ian Millward was here he gave it to a Hull Dockers player, inspires him to keep trying to make it professional. For me though our MOM was Gregg McNally, had a great game, made some breaks, set up lots of trys and scored a few of his own.

| Although Kes missed a couple of goals I'm surprised no ones mentioned his goal kicking last night he kicked over some cracking conversions. Fair play to St Pats they give a good account of them selves but we was a bit wild with ball we must look after it more. One player who's been immense this season is McNally this lad has upped his game massively he just gets better game after game

| Mc Nally seems to have bulked up just a touch and that seems to have helped his game IMHO

| We should have scored more but I felt the second half saw a lot of selfish rugby being played, not passing it enough, going it alone. When we did play the passing game the tries went in.
A good game overall except the ball boys sling the ball to each other putting you off the action. A certain steward who normally resides in the north stand needs to lighten up, it's getting every game that he feels the need to look important.

| Just a reminder that not to open the North Stand WAS NOT a Leigh Centurions decision to make as the tie was a St Pats home game.
In the video box (posh last night) we gave the MOM to the St Pats prop Atherton, and the Leigh MoM to Sean Penkywicz.

| With regards to the ball boys, i am sorry your view was distracted, it was dealt with at half time and i believe it did stop.
Unfortunately 10 mins before kick off there were only 2 ball boys available. We then seconded 4 St pats supporters who had payed to enter the ground to help and I am grateful to them.
I expect the normal excellent service to be resumed next week.
