| Well what about that then The Centurions produced a awesome defensive display against one of the Championship form teams Batley a team with the best defensive in the Championship . Every single lad in the Leigh team today run their blood to water in one of the best defensive displays I've seen for a long time at Leigh. Rob Parker lead from the front and won the MOM award but everyone played there part the young winger Hill playing his first game had a blinder one hit in the first half was a massive lift to the team Well Done mate gud un

Wish I could have been there, looking forwards to watching on CTV hopefully at some point. Proud of them for going out after yesterday's meeting and playing their heart out, reminds you why we love this game, despite all the faults.

When you think we had Maden Pownall Taylor Aspinwall Goulden Finnigan Penky ect all out injured the result is even more outstanding it just shows what pride passion and the willingness to put your body on the line can do the lads today played like their lives depended on not letting Batley score some of the defence from the lads left Batley looking totally battered near to the end a MASSIVE hats off to the Centurions for that display and to score some nice try's has well the last one was top class attacking rugby finished off by Ryan B .. Keep it up Lads Don't let up
