Why's the ko 2pm, Dave. Haven't Swinton got floodlights?!

They might have gone bust by then !!!

So after the club stated our games will be sundays we only have 4 home games on a sunday !!! Swinton seem to be the principal partner at the LSV. Will cost the club plenty of revenue in season tickets/touchdown members i feel

I hope somebody knows what they are doing, 6/7 games max for me - my first non season ticket for many years.
The corporate had better be big to compensate, if it is playing second fiddle to Swinton then ............

The volume of Thursday and Friday games is shocking for a part time club whose players will be at work on gameday. This will hit the club hard financially for no financial compensation from the TV deal. We must be the first sport ever whose income drops as a result of a TV deal.

Not tv games at all, we have 2 games on tv on thurs, 2 games on sunday and the rest are friday night !!!

We played 7 home games last season, not on a Sunday. Oh look, next season we have 7 home games not on a Sunday. So those people with season tickets last season are not getting season tickets this season because.........

Last season we didn't know they were evening games when we bought the season ticket. I ended up losing out last year, by not being able to attend enough matches to break even. I won't be buying one this season I'm afraid

So is it choice or not ????????

Of the 7 we had Widnes NRC, Cats in CC, Sheff in play offs, Toulouse in League?, and 3 TV games. 3 of those 7 were pay games and Toulouse are not in the league anymore.

In addition to the 7 declared for 2012 these could be added to and become 10/11 games.

I repeat, is it choice or not ????????????

Only league defeat was midweek, didnt win a play off game midweek
Attendances v Fax and Fev were subsidised by the freebies, imo they would have been far greater sunday 3pm. Same with Sheffield in play offs. We also had a stupidly cheap ST.
The players were also better paid last year, which helps when booking time off.

If this has been forced on the club then it helps to bond fans to the cause, if it is a choice made by the club then I hope it works out well.

I'm another seriously considering whether it's worth buying a season ticket - I know for sure already that I can't go to the Keighley, Halifax or Featherstone home games because of work and that's without considering trying to find a babysitter for the other Friday night games. Going to make a serious saving by paying game-by-game. Really not happy with these Friday games after it was previously stated we'd be playing Sunday's

Wonder if any of our sunday games will get moved to thursday later in the season
