Does nobody read my posts? I said Alker last week, he was offered the job but the club didn't get back to him. He would take us backwards why do you think he got sacked by Salford?

No mate I didnt read you're post I do have a life and dont spend all my time on these message boards. The source which told me about this rumour spoke to me on Saturday after all had been sorted with the RFL so they could of easily spoken to Alker in that time and I think with help from Rowley and Dukes, who knows he could be a success

He's not one for the future. If Purtill is interested get him signed up on a 3 year contract.

IMO I think we need to get it sorted sooner rather than later so we can finally look ahead to next season and get a competitve squad together.

We do but it is vital we get the right man, mad Eddie from the Library square can start today but that doesn't make it the best call.

I've said it for about a week now. Kez is interested and the club are shunning him, very bad choice IMO I think Kez would be the best appointment mainly because he's a name who would attract investment, he's openly said he wants experience of first team coaching, he's a name who would get people in the ground. If the players won't play for/be motivated by Kez then they won't play for anyone.
