By far the better team and the scoreline flattered us a little.

Our sliding defence was none existant, and this is something we need to work on. Ellis and Ridyard very,very quiet and quite poor mainly due to the Fev pack.

BUT - We busted them a few times and would have scored more ourselves with more composure.

Our speed around the rucks really let us down.

We need to turn out in numbers next Thursday to have another crack at them. On neutral turf, I fancy it should we win next week

I managed to get there a bit late and missed our first try (fEV)..What I did notice was that your boys when they came out second half looked like they just didnt want to know they strolled out like it was a friendly...Was expecting a bit from them...im sure you will be up for the final

A backseat passenger Leigh fan in a silver peugeot threw his pint out of car at fev fans but missed and hit one of the Leigh supporters buses instead

All in all thought leigh fans were a credit throughout the game

Season is not over .Anyways I got home early cos a fellow Leyther who drives like Stirling Moss gave me a lift almost to my front door.

I thought our coach had Leigh sussed perfectly we scored early doors putting them in a position of having to play catch up Rugby and we soaked up the physicality very well, and I thought Tonks and Dickens were great too and were not intimidated by the Leigh big boys...
