THe club spoke to me first on this and Ive havent put the tickets (which are ready on sale as yet). Im asked to be kept imformed as I need to obviously know what happening as Ive booked the coach.

A good few dozen according to theBolton/Wigan Yellow Pages - so I think there may just be enough coaches around to transport the red & white masses to the North East!!

Well done to the club for at least having a go to get this off the ground.
Its a total win win for all concerned (Coach Company / Sponsors /Club / RL and fans).
The other week I was involved in a party that hired 2 Buses from Tyrer Bus (Adlington), both brand new 100 seaters fitted with leather coach seats, very upmarket.
The PR from the company (thats not Paul Rowley) said "They have 100 comfortable high-back coach seats with three point seat belts; are fitted with tables over the wheel arches; have an excellent CD/radio/PA system; and are fully DDA compliant with a simple fold-out ramp and removable seating to accommodate a wheelchair.”
Theres 200 fans in 2 buses

There are awful road works on the A1 around Gateshead which are scheduled to end around that weekend I think. Will check next Tuesday when Im back on the A1 but we could need plenty of time to get their!
