Why sit at home when you can come and watch the Centurions future players in this friendly match against a team from Super League. Lots of vocal support would be appreciated. A team sheet will be issued at the game only. Your presence would be a great help towards expenses.

It's comforting (and a little surprising) to hear that they can turn out two teams this weekend, when they couldn't manage one, just a couple of weeks ago!

Well beaten by a much quicker Salford side.

Their full back was impressive.

12-48 I think.

Duffy played full game. So Parker must be ok for tomorrow.

Nico played too and was there in both halves. Jimmy Taylor played first half and Chris Rowe played too.

Either Gardner will play tomorrow or Aspinwall centre.

Beswick at 13 and Penky 9 it seems.

Thought Leigh lads played really well against a much more experienced side, who have also played 2 or 3 times already this season.

Could see lots of potential in the young lads , but got caught around the ruck a few times, and hopefully this will come with experience and more game time

Salfords u20s played oldham u20s yesterday i believe and lost 34.22.
Are oldham a good u20s or did leigh play a different salford u20s the other week?

Oldham always seem to have a good u 20's (or whatever the RFL dictate it should be) they beat our 18's by a good margin a couple of years ago, so we 'nicked' a couple of their best players and beat them in the return

My info told me that it wasn't an Oldham u20's but a first team squad that beat Salford it says so on the Salford CR website too.
