All we could feasibly do is bring in loans, like Baldwinson. But we're probably loaning out better players than are available to bring in.

Well he stated when we were relegated that it's just a slip road we have come off like a motorway and we'll continue to get back off that slip road. Will we?

If we were on 3 or 4 defeats, we'd be looking to get one or two for the 8s, but keep signing new players will only get you so far. We have to get the best out of what we have.

Players not selected against Leeds were Vaivai, Mortimer, Patrick, Lovett, Ricky Bailey, Ryan Bailey, Cunningham, Blagbrough, Bergal, Dezaria, Owens and Gregson. Three of those are on Loan (cunningham, Lovett, Bergal) and Vaivai is long term injury. There's a chance all of the others are available for selection.

I think Mortimer, Patrick and Ryan Bailey would improve the 17 from last week. While Owens and Ricky Bailey can cover Dawson and Matautia. I think Lovett would also come into contention once his month is up at Workington.

No need to panic - we have been fortunate with injuries and 10 games plus 65 minutes against paw patrol, we have played really well. The fringe players have kept match fit by being on loan or dual reg and the quality of the teams selected above is very positive. These lads have already shown how well they can play - 3 wins against London ( including away) and Salford in the cup.
The players just need not to panic when something goes wrong and show a bit more game management when in front. It will be very tight at the top but we can do it.
