DB as done this to accommodate is friend from Salford if it was Wigan asking would we do the same thing I was planning on taking the family but to keep them awake till 11 on a friday when I would get home is just ridiculous. Plan a family day then take it away from you it's like the ending of bullseye look at what you could of had.

Why are we so concerned with helping the good doctor out? There was finally a chance to have a big crowd on a Sunday family fun day which Derek is always banging on about. Not only that, but probably playing a weakened Salford side just 6 days before the Semi.With a win possibly guaranteeing a top 8 spot.

If we've got ourselves in a position to guarantee a top 8 spot by the I wouldn't give a monkeys when we played em coz we'd be on fire - and they will play a weakened team no matter which day we play

I thought it was sky who was dictating our fixture. Makes a farce of all the hype the club put out about a family fun day. Yes it can be done on a Friday but like it has been mentioned above some might not like their kids being out til late.
Another club is more import than our fans.

I'm sure you have a good reason, but this was the ONLY Sunday game planned. Not having a go at you personally and I appreciate individual circumstances, but how all these people can now come out and not be able to make a Friday game when most have been that or Thursday need to give their head a wobble.

Also, presumably people who couldn't attend on the Sunday can now make the Friday.

the problem is people would have agreed to work ECT thinking it was a Sunday game,me personally think why help Salford because we play Warrington week before so it would have given us 2 extra days rest for the Salford game and also would Salford play the same team if the game was on a Sunday to the one they'll play now it's on a Friday???? and let's not forget we then have a week off after this game to prepare for the 8s so it's not as tho it's a short turn round before the 8s
