No lets not. Lets leave it to the gentlemen - and that is what they are by sticking to their guns - let this situation run it's co. Paul did not apply for the job at first that is why we are looking outside. On previous performances I wouldn't have liked Paul to take over, but now if the board get the letter from UK Borders telling then that the candidate has had his visa refused then I do think Paul and Neil should get the job. Our board of directors is spot on sticking to the path they have started. One thing that really is getting to me now is why at the beging it was Paul Rowley and Neil Dukes who had got this team together and into shape. Now why is it Paul who is getting all the praise and being pushed to the front? Can someone please answer this for me.

He only missed the deadline Ste because he didn't want the job...at the time. He has done an amazing job since, no one can doubt that.

Absolutely, the General manager advert was only put in after the two candidates had been chosen to comply with Visa regulations (it's all there in the fans forum videos).
Plus as a verbal contract has been agreed then 'staying on a path etc..' is not only a lawfull agreed contract but the honourable thing to do, (though TBH I have always said that Rolls should get the job since when basil jumped ship)
