It has been suggested by one of our Poker Players ,that we should try to get aLeague going to attract new Players , this could be a good idea , we will discuss it tonight,anything that gets new Faces to play im up for ,we have been running at between 10-12 players each week at the moment ,which isnt bad , but im never satisfied, i feel we can achieve more ,so Cmon everyone ,give it a go see you all tonight 7.30pmat the Centurion, St Helens road,dont let Frank B have all his own way.

Sorry that pesky starbug has been on my laptop whilst I was dishing up the tea, so that was me posting before.

Poker is fine, come and try it weve started it as a league to now so every ten week theyll be a big pot to win also.
Also started 5p a chip games for people who are out early and thats good fun too. Its a cheap night out, beer cheap, footy always on tv so u can watch footy too, jobs a gud un lol

Another good night last night ,we had 10players but with Brad and Frank B missing,it would have been 12 and Keith is coming next week ,we need Steve and Michael ,to start coming again ,then id be happy,the League idea was a success to ,so every 10 weeks a good pay out as well as the Prize money.

From a personal point of view , the result went well,as i shared the Pot with Adele ,seems the Ladies are trying to outplay us blokes,all adds up to a good night and good competition,we have built upa strong group of regulars now,very friendly a good atmosphere,give it try you dont need to be an expert Poker player,and the small cash game adds more interest.Stay lucky ,Ian.
