I hope it isn't along the lines of everybody throw in a tenner and one sponsor gets their name on a shirt. A draw sounds pathetic, hasn't the shirt sponsorship been out for tender?

not sure it would be good to be honest for 2 reasons:

all the players will have a girls name on their shirt...you don't need much imagination if you are a fan of the opposition..

secondly..LISA will be giving the money it raises anyway...whereas other businesses who sponsor might not...of course if LISA can effectively use the marketing opportunity it presents then great. Can I ask what the marketing plan is to support the shirt sponsorship if and when it happens. i.e. how will all the people watching on TV know what LISA stands for and how they can contribute...?

Its not a tenner its £25 each

Why all the sarcasm. 25 organisations at £1000 a pop gets 25k into the clubs coffers. This was obviously the only option when getting £25k off one sponsor proved difficult/impossible.

Sounds good to get £25000 well done to all of them, hows it going to work draw made for main sponsor then sleeve sponser sock sponsor ect

Thats right. Each sponsor gives a thousand pounds and they pick out the shirts of a player for each sponsor this players shirt will have the individyual sponsors logo opposite the coat of arms. Then a main draw between the sponsors is made for the company or individual to have their logo in the middle of the shirt. Hats of to them seems to me that everyone is a winner. Oh for giving a grand I think you get a copy of the shirt and a vip bar pass or passes.

Sounds like a fantastic way of doing it & a great idea hats off to everyone involved

This year instead of one sponser sponsering the shirt the club have got 1000 off 25 sponsers and then a name is drawn out as the main sponser the rest will get to appear on one players shirt.
