I know the OP is about having a bit of 'themed' fun but if we have to market this game aggressively and give offers to get folk in then we should pack up and move to the Marshes pronto.

Offers are one thing but if we don’t market the game as aggressively as realistically/financially possible, we’ll have just over 2000 Leythers there plus whatever Leeds bring. Most of Leigh won’t even know there’s a game on.

They may know but will they attend, we have to try something, not just wait for them to show up.

If they get reduced admission against Leeds then how on earth would we be able to justify charging full whack for the game against Hunslet the following week?

Think the link to "71 " would work because Leigh were the massive underdogs then as they are now. Obvious to roll out the surviving " 71 " squad on the day would be great to see them walk out on the pitch .
