Wow with that many posts in 5yrs of being on here I'm surprised you've not been more unhappy in that period.

I'll tell you what I won't bother posting if that's the kind of reply you get, I simply put on the information I had received followed by my feeling on the names mentioned. No wonder people don't bother using this forum anymore.

If it’s one of those, I’d go with Leyther. Like it or not (and I’m ok with the rebrand, mascot etc) the Leopard is now part of the club, so he may as well truly represent us supporters in name.

VL I agree 100%,leyther gets my vote .

VL they are indeed the official names put forward by the club for fans to vote on, I recieved the email yesterday to select my favourite.

None of the names they narrowed it down to are very good

Ideally we want a mascot name that will resonate with the kids (the future paying fans). That likely means not a name that resonates with us older folk. Set up a kids forum meeting. Get them all in a room, show them a presentation about our new mascot and the reasons behind it, then give them some pens and large white boards, and tell them to go to town. Also ask each individually what the name should be when they arrive then immediately after the presentation.
All that said, do that and I’d put money on Leo or Lenny !
