It may not have worked for him last season at Wiggin, but we don't know the full circumstances for this. He will make it happen at Leigh. The combination of Chester and Lam is a real statement of where DB intends us to be. Lam will now attract quality assistants and players. He will also have the inside track on quality/hungry, up and coming Australian players who could do a job for us, without breaking the bank in the Championship.
