The difference being this year SL are in control of their destiny not the RFL. Toronto may win promotion but will SL allow them in? Harsh not to,but they are not members so anything can happen.

My opinion, if they win the play off, get rid of them, send them to Super League. let the big boys deal with their "Block" games, daft travelling, Visa problems, Jason Pollock pitch design, I will be glad to see the back of them.

Just 'ranting' the thoughts of many of us. Like atomic suggests, there are a few SL club owners/chairmen, who are not keen to experience the delights of a trip to Toronto.

Incidentally, when Toronto visited Sheffield, McDermott had a rant about having to play on artificial pitches. Isn't their pitch artificial? Of course McDermott's moan was well before Toronto eventually ventured back to their stadium this season!
