I'll agree with the ' fan friendly ' bit , much more has been needed for decades , however it isn't via better links with the amateur clubs , many of the coaches at them have their own agenda's and idea's on who they want to have ' links ' with
The club should work more with the schools to get more kids interested in RL , be that playing or watching
