If he does go then he will never be able to show his face in the town again. He would be forever labelled a failure and a quitter. And I would really fear for the future of the club.

This is the guy that publicly stated many times that he's in it for the long haul and will be putting Leigh on the map. Letting the world know how he's building a robust infrastructure for the future with grandiose plans of academies and conveyor belts of talent. Looks like he was naively banking on Rowley being here indefinitely when all of this was said. And what about promising last years squad on live TV that all of their jobs were safe whatever happenened in the MPG, but 2 weeks later most had gone -- post relegation?

Last week became apparent he's like Trump! It's everyones fault but his, and publicly insulting paying customers. Massive error in judgement.

How about a better response this week and showing a bit of responsibility for personally making some shocking decisions and releasing one of your embellished press releases on how you intend to put it right ASAP?

What is true is that we once had an excellent coach, a team with wonderful spirit playing champagne rugby, a set of fans who were at one with the players and the coach. All of that has been systematically dismantled and we are now going to spiral into Champ1 but we will survive and rise again. May take a few years but Leigh RL is bigger than 1 man.

I'm referencing the benfactors business, not his hobby. This situation is evidently new and painful and he's feeling sorry for himself. However if you give it the Mr. Big Shot in public you better be able to take it when it gets rough. How about riding the storm and using the so called business and marketing skills to respond accordingly and rallying the troops. We're only on a 3 consecutive game losing streak, promotion is still possible.
