He never made a first team appearance for Fev in 2 years.
Bastian signed the 'batley four'.... none impressed

There you go Robin, it's not just Leigh that this happens to,one game doesn't make a good player, for me Jarrod Sammut is the form player in the League at the moment , I've very rarely seen him have a bad game.

Sammut needs a strong coach to remind him that despite his obvious personal talent it is a team game. I think this is what Andrew Henderson did when he dropped him and a couple of other Bronco's at the start of last season.

Matty Nicholson another who destroyed us in one game for York but did nowt for us, though that was partly down to injuries...we were also all set to sign Ryan Millard after he had what was supposedly by far his best game for Rochdale against us.

Sammut had an absolute shocker at Fev last year and was dropped for the next three or four games. Really seemed to wake him up though as he seems to have been very good ever since.
