When you own something you answer to yourself, surely you grasp that bit. You communicate with your customers, Derek does a lot of that which creates the culture but when it comes to the key decisions democracy with minions is not required. Anyone can challenge anyone legally I suppose, personally if they are irrelevant you ignore them as you end up getting nowhere appeasing fools
