My point is that we might have some good lads but if we not paying the bigger clubs will come in and coax them away with a lucrative deal it’s just the way that the rugby world works.

There will always be bigger clubs making more lucrative offers, in any sport, even Barcelona have found this in football. Doesn't mean that you shouldn't bother though.
