The Watcher is thankful that we have signed a player young enough to make a tackle, release the tackled player without giving a penalty away & get back onside for more than the 1st 20 mins of the game. The Watcher is disappointed that the club does not appear to have learned from our previous time in SL, old players aren't the way forward, however this time we will get a 2nd chance in the form of the middle 8's.

He also fully understands that due to our recent promotion our player pool of choice would have been smaller than everybody else's , if we can retain our status then our options should start to increase

No problem - Given Acton's suspension, the signing of Greg Richards has assumed greater importance.

He'll be lining up against his former team mate apparently , HKR have signed big Mosse Masoe

He showed a lot of early promise but never kicked on and was overtaken by other young forwards. Will always give 100% but wont break a tackle or do anything that would change the game. Bottom of SL/Top of the championship is about fair for the standard he should be playing at

Greg looks a class lad.

He did well

A proper old school prop. Liked the look of him.

Aye, head down and at em, solid and looks as though he can put the minutes in - will do a job now and also hopefully long term

He will have a key role to play in these next seven games, that's for sure.
