Quote DemonUK="DemonUK"So Kurt Haggerty with a year left on his contract at Bradford, at the age of 27 and there hasn't been any publicity regarding any career ending injury either....has retired and joined the coaching staff at Toronto. Firstly how many coaches do they need, I make that at least 5. Secondly after Emmitts convoluted exit from the club to go take up opportunities in Australia (not sure who Swinton DR with in Oz) and subsequent signing for Toronto (avoiding a transfer fee to us), I wouldn't be surprised if Mr Haggerty is 'persuaded' out of retirement to play again (thus avoiding a transfer fee to the Bulls).
Can I say that the above is just something which has crossed my mind and has only come from my mind. He may not come out of retirement, in which case I apologise, but I find it surprising that Kurt, who loves the game so much is retiring at 27. Personally I have not been too impressed at some of the stunts being pulled by Rowley and Perez from the moment Rowley left last February.'"
Well;
Brian Noble is DoR
Rowley is Head Coach
Finnegan is Assistant Coach
Haggerty is Assistant Coach
Beswick is S&C Coach
Same as my club, Hull FC (Motu Tony, Radford, Last, Horne).
Not all clubs have the DoR position, but two assistants is the usual amount isn't it? I can see why TW wanted a DOR as most North American clubs will have a similar General Manager position.
Also, didn't realise Emmitt had signed for them, another decent signing at that level if true.
