Brierley is a walking talking Bell End and your club is well off without him, the current leigh players are glad to see the back of him.

Im now told there is massive issue with the players at Huddersfield when they found out he had been signed.

Wonder what clauses are in this contract? Probably insisting on blues smarties in the dressing room.

If you listen to some fans you do wonder how on earth we managed to hit 68 points last week without young Ryan?

You know what I think we have a more talented replacement in Ben Reynolds and I am excited about watching this youngster develop. The signs are he has got all the attributes to go far. He attacked the line well on Saturday and we have missed that. He is a few years younger than Ryan as well. The future looks bright.

Glad he's gone, shame it dragged on for so long though. Sounds like we got a decent bit of cash for him too so it is win-win as far as I'm concerned.

We wont miss him anywhere near as much as some fans are making out. Ridyard is our main man and always has been, Ben Reynolds looks the real deal and now Rangi is back in training our half back options are looking very strong even without Ryan.

I thought somebody put it perfectly last week on here (can't remember who it was).

If we play without Ryan, we probably wont win by as many.

If we play without Ridyard, we probably wont win.

I'm not into bagging Ryan brierley.
Ben Reynolds seems to be more of a classic scrum half who may be is what we need to drive a team forward.
Ryan scored lots of tries and is very talented, but perhaps a bit one dimensional and maybe that's part of what cost us in the pay offs...once SL teams worked out our attacking there were fewer other options.
This year we seem more balanced with a few more play makers around too.
That all said ryan has a new opportunity to grow. Could be good for him.

It takes a few weeks to radically change how you attack, we are now starting to play to a different structure that utilises the personnel we now have, throw in the genius that is chase and we will be a different proposition in the 8's this year

I have just heard news of an illegal approach on our young star player Ben Reynolds, Golborne Parkside & Atherton Dragons are thought to be at war for his signature.

Seriously, RB has gone now but we potentially have a future England International in young Ben Reynolds, & before the neigh sayers arrive, CHRIS HILL, don't say I didn't tell you so.

Sorry to see Brierley go but as someone said similarly above, we'll be probably playing with more options now.

Also the club should take great credit for bringing in the players they have recently.
