Nottinghamtiger, so you wouldn't be 'curious' that your club's STAR signing has got flu allegedly, but no updates when he might be back, and it's over 2 weeks now. No other Leigh players have it (it's quite contagious before the symptons start to show). I don't believe that it's that he has told Neil Jukes that he doesn't need to train every day (was told by someone who sells 'items' for the club) but some kind of 'statement' should have happened by now. The club are usually 'very quick' to disperse any 'social media' rumours. But not in this case regarding Ryan & Rangi. Either they can't be @rsed/bored with doing it, or something is going on !

No it isn't. He was in the 19 man squad this time last week and pulled out on Sunday, 5 days ago.

Hock had flue for a couple of weeks earlier on and missed games if that is any consolation - but I'm sure the situation is deeper than that.

Fully agree that a statement needs to be made, not sure they can't be @rsed but the "pitch" of the statement is critical

Of course I would be curious. However, I'd also know that the employee has a right not to have details of his health subject to a public statement.

This labelling of Chase as a "star" player makes me giggle. He had one outstanding season, shining in an poor C*s team that somehow fluked it's way to a cup semi-final.
