I'm not pointing fingers at anyone at the moment, however the club are their own worst enemies,they need to issue a statement letting all leigh fans know what's going on. As an outsider I think Beaumont seems to be at the root of all the problems.

As for Brierley, I think he is a fantastic player at backing up but I am not sure he has the skill, craft and guile to break down a super league defence. I may well be proved wrong but I don't think he will be all that effective at SL level.

The players being out with Rowley isn't a surprise, he enjoyed success with most of them and always was a players coach. In my opinion he didn't want Rangi and the issues have stemmed from that signing since. We can all say we wont point fingers but if you have enjoyed success as a team then someone comes in earning in some cases x4 the wage your on it is going to cause issues. Has Rangi's application so far been deserving of his salary? I doubt it and that was probably the reason Rowley walked as Derek was protecting HIS signings, not taking into consideration the lads who we have all enjoyed watching for the past few years.

We all saw the debates about Rangi at Salford being" out of love with the game", is his "injury" physical? obviously I hope the lad gets well soon but from the outside looking in the dressing room and board room seems to be toxic at the moment. And I have a feeling more of the players who have been at the club for a while will be leaving.

If it is Chase then DB needs to take a deep breath, admit he made a mistake and get rid of him. I would then ask Rowley to come back and maybe Ryan may decide to stay. All happy again but it all comes down to how DB handles this. He could fix it or he could dig his heels in and blow it.
