Well of course it is. It always has been the case on every forum.
However, without any prejudice, if something is alleged you know to be true, that in all honesty and good faith is straight up.... and given to you from a trusted source who word you trust implicitly ....
I still would NOT post it on a public forum if I wasn't in possession of primary evidence. Not a cat in hell's chance

You can still be done for slander or libel even if what you say is true. It's about dirtying somebody's name and denying them opportunities and such. I'd still like to know what he has done or supposed to have done however.

Not getting involved with the argument, but,
Under English Common Law which is the law of the land if a statement or written word Is true then it is neither slander or libel.
If it is untrue it is the burden of the aggrieved to prove it false.

Incidentally Scott Murell bombed a beauty on our own line yesterday, it rebounded in to Whitehavens arms, Scott followed through smashed the bloke and reclaimed the ball.
