I think people are forgetting that Claphams has only just reopened after a large fire and it is not fully operational yet

I don't like this type of bullying. The last time I looked we lived in a democratic society where people were free to make their own choices. If Claphams don't want to support it then fair enough.

I hope people associated with the club don't take the same approach as the poster has, or they could quickly alienate club in the community.

Leigh business's rely on Leigh folk to spend with them, I am all for informing us fans of those that do support us as my money spends every where. It was great to see the Britt so packed on Sunday, hopefully some other pubs who benefit from fans will contribute like Peter has/is.
I would rather the club said for example 'Waterfields are a sponsor, the rest refused the opportunity', as fans we walk to the counter order then walk away after asking do they sponsor us, I wonder what reaction would be next time if a big chunk of us did this. 3000 families probably spend £15m pa at local supermarkets yet I cant see any embracing us??
