Foster has been training with the first team all season as was Tracey until his loan deal , Since both Hankinson and Tracey signed their contracts Leigh have brought in Dixon, Hock, Hanen, Patterson and the other forward from Salford! What sort of incentive is there for the young lads when the club go out and buy players in their positions ?

In fairness I have said that after the 8's but during the season the Championship was a lot tighter between Leigh and Bradford as we went for top spot so I would have also kept a winning team playing - as it was that was probably one of the factors as a lot of the team that had played so many matches started to look jaded after the 3 back to back SL fixtures.
Next year I think we will spread the game time around amongst the players and start to see any reserve / squad players on the bench which may mean the odd blip here and there but the long term goal has to be try and get promoted and in all honesty finishing top this season actually gave us the worst fixtures to start with of any club in the Middle 8's so we gained no advantage by finishing top save for the Trophy!

I think we made a few errors this year. Pitman did a great job at centre in 2014 until losing his spot to Platt, he would have given us options to rest players at worst and Hankinson also fell into that category.
Joe Bullock should have got game time too imo, our pack was shot by Fax away

I'm disappointed that Joe has now left the club, to join Barrow on a permanent deal.

He has been after a return since the start of the season but Im not sure he is wanted back tbh. As for players and 100% there was a rumour going round 2 of your new signings asked for releases as the 8's panned out.
