But we didn't beat them did we. And as the league table looks now suggest that the four SL clubs have the edge. Now i don't see it as moaning when championship clubs are at a disadvantage. So if we like you say just get on with it and the 4 SL clubs go back up, and the same happens again next season and the rfl say,this is not working and close the door, Then what? I say speak up now and let the rfl know that a little tweaking needs to be done to make it a bit more of a level playing field.

Bit tricky that because who knows who the bottom 4 will be.

DJ, what if no Championship team is promoted this season & Bradford, Halifax & Sheffield all learn a lot too ?

If Fax go to even 50% Pro & strengthen, Bulls strengthen & Eagles go Pro, then we are all in the same boat again but yet could finish 3rd/4th in the Champ's, ending up with an unfavourable 8's position.

I think our best opportunity in decades of getting to SL *& staying there* may well have gone.
I just don't see anything but defeat at Widnes & therefore just 2 or 4 points from 8 games.

Of course I pray I am wrong & that the lads turn it on big time & get us to 5th.

If it doesn't happen I think next season is even better for us. 2 less interchanges. Forwards will have to do longer minutes. Our forwards will be well placed to make sure this is an advantage

Unfortunately, I can't see Fui coping well with longer game time. Same could apply, if we sign 'older' forwards, too.

Were do you all get this idea that are forwards are fitness machines?? Our fitness for a full time team is shocking! I think we will be better placed next year as I see a definate deadline being introduced sooner!
