| Not sure if it's possible, but we need to make at least one new signing before the 8's if we are to have a chance in my opinion. Any of the 4 SL teams would have murdered us today. Too many mistakes, too many penalties conceded, and letting them get the ball out in the tackle.
Must do better!

| Was very little intensity today. Felt like a training session and we turned over the ball cheaply all game. We were so sloppy every time we went ahead we threw away any momentum almost immediately with an error or a penalty.
2nd half I don't think Bradford made an error (apart from the intercept) for the first 37 minutes and I don't think we received a single penalty in whole of the 2nd half either. Everything was sticking for Bradford and our repeated knock ons and penalties meant they dominated the territory and possession.
So with all that in mind we did well to overturn an 8 point half time deficit and could have stolen the 2 points with a better drop goal attempt.
We are now effectively in 'pre-season' for the middle 8's and that's how we seemed to play. 36 - 36 says it all. Hopefully we get that sort of error strewn performance out of the way before the big games start.
Poor performance, decent enough result.
Hock and especially Higham were fantastic.

| Entertaining game. Good following from you lot. Good atmosphere. Draw was fair. Good to see fans mixing well afterwards.
Higham's a good signing for you lot. You looked far more threatening with him on.

| Well I was satisfied with a point , it was far from a vintage performance ,in fact a few very ordinary performances and im sure Bradford will be more pleased with the result than Leigh.
I thought Mickey Higham changed the game when he can on and again Hock had another good game , Fui was quiet ,and McNally must learn to tackle ,in thought Jonny Pownall had a good game and took his tries well, all in all the draw virtually gives us Top Spot so bring on Dews on Wednesday , and let's win that Title, I thought our following was great today let's keep it up and make it another big attendance on Wednesday.

Agreed. For either team to have nicked it, would have been harsh on the other. Don't think I've seen such a frantic game for a long time. (or so many mistakes carry the ultimate punishment)

| Quote Ste100Centurions="Ste100Centurions"9181 at Odsal today...
So were we well represented on the terrace ?
Lowes said they hadn't seen an away following like it this season.
A big rap must go to Mark Taylor this year for his endeavours in keeping any who can't make a match bang up to speed on Twitter with his regular & fast match updates. I would have been lost without him today.
Even following M.T's tweets I found it nail biting, especially with the D.G attempt late on & the reported running the ball when a DG was on.
Interested to here the views of those who travelled today on how Leigh played.'"
Hi Ste.
Leigh were off today, mostly, and especially in defence, but still had enough to draw and could possibly have won it if they'd tried a tad earlier for a drop goal.
JP, Higham and Hock stood out for me. Hock is looking like a class act now and will be massive for us come the 8's.
Defensively we were very, very soft throughout. I love Ryan Brierley - and I would never expect him to even try and put an opponent on their backside on his own - but for all the lad is quality going forward, his defensive capabilities need to reach at least a basic level.

| Great game today and I think a draw was a fair result. You looked much better in the second half when Higham came on and for a while we couldn't handle him. Also thought Hock had a good game.
Top following from you as well! See you in the Middle 8s.

Or later, I said to my mate Riddy's not going to kick this straight from the scrum he's no protection they'll shut him down, and they did.
We should have either done what we did at Blackpool against Fax the other year dummied and ran it or taken at least one drive to give Riddy some protection.
But you know its been a good game, when both sets of fans are happy with the result.

| The set before I would have kicked for the drop goal. We had a few opportunities. And I was all set to catch the ball!!
Ah well. It was a great game for neutrals.
