It's now getting to the business end of the season and we have some great games coming up - fev and the middle 8s especially.

It was another great turnout v the wire and the best atmosphere in a long time. Hopefully the rest of Leigh watched the game whilst the 4/5000 went.

For me, this is when we all need to do our bit. Let's make sure we have some big attendances and great atmosphere. Get your mates who came to wire to come back, get the guy in the pub who always asks about Leigh to come to the game. Spread the word and make sure people know that there's a big game on and what's at stake.

If you can, buy your mate a ticket for a game, drag your family to the game and do all you can. The more bums on seats the stronger the club whether we're in SL or the championship.

There's no better time to get people into supporting Leigh which will bode us well for next year. The team are not letting us down on the field so let's make sure we don't let them down off it.

If we want to be a SL club we need SL attendances.

I do not expect to ever see the cash I have put in again, and I am sure the others are the same. Short term we faced extinction in 2013, or cva, and at best C1. We had a winding up order from HMRC and the players hadn't been paid.

Failing 5 fish and a bit of water walking how do you think we got to where we are now? Thanks Derek for financing the dreams of so many.
