Dave Eckersley #762 will officially be inducted into the Past Players Hall of Fame on Friday at Leigh Miners.
Dave will be attending the event with his wife, telling me it was the best thing that had ever happened to him and making the special trip over from Australia was a must!
Kevin Ashcroft, Tony barrow, Rod Tickle, Alex Murphy & Paul Grimes - along with many other players - will also be attending on Friday.
