Quote: peggy "Really enjoyed the chatty but very informative commentary during the Broncos game, oddly the Bradford game had no commentary, or was inaudible. I'd almost forgotten what a goodly Leyth accent sounded like. As somebody who lives ten months of the year in France and two in York this has to be the best value £32 I have spent since the time I paid for a group of girls to come back to my house after a night at Peppers nightclub.
As similarly mentioned on another thread by ant7t2 I am a born again supporter. Apart from a couple of games against York over the last couple of seasons I haven't watched a Leigh game since moving overseas in '85. Played many a game at Hilton Park with people like TV Boy.
The content on LCTV is very extensive and very engaging, what will happen WHEN we get into Super L? Sky contractual agreements may prohibit filming? I don't know but for the time being I'm hooked.
VIVE LEIGH'"
You probably watched the copy I had to upload when the VIMEO (our host) server went down in the USA the copy on now is back to the original after VIMEO rescued the footage temporarily lost.
Superleague does have a different policy on games than does The Championship (well SKY does) they have a code of when and what can be shown, all it will mean is that they have for instance highlights of X mins can be shown with in Y houirs of a game KO if it is shown on SKY, full games are usually not to be shown until after 3 days they have been on TV.
BUT as can be seen current games are the main part of LC TV they are not the only part our subscribers will still get club news first exclusive interviews and any features.
What will continue though perhaps on some games a day or so later than now is our commentary team.
If is it SL I will not be a part of it as I have put the club on notice that I will retire if and when SL status is gained, I may remain a backroom role but will gladly relinquish the role of 1st team camerman.
