Why always Leigh?

Any reason or explanation given for him being denied?

Very frustrating when we are trying to sign our 1st foreign player in a few years when it seems to be a free-for-all on foreign players for most other clubs

Very disappointing, he looked a fantastic player who'd have contributed to the quality in the Championship over here. Hope we get some reasons as to why he's been refused when so many players have been accepted, although I doubt it.

It will be because of the reliance on overseas players in our squad, I mean we have got erm erm Cam Pitman?

Souths squad, leading try scorer in reserves and still a kid - pub team props not an issue at other clubs - shocking.

Cameron has a British Passport Maurice. So we currently have no overseas players on our books.

Technicality, Cam is Australian he can't talk proper Leyth

He was stood down by North Sydney last year due to an investigation involving performance enhancing drugs, don't know the outcome but maybe that had something to do with it. Was looking forward to see how he goes someone I know played with him down there and said he was a very good player

He was cleared of the drug charge.

Apparently the drugs charge was from banter he thought he was having with a mates GF on social media which was handed to the press, always tested negative but set his career back as he was in the Souths 25 that year

I hope an official statement is released about why the rfl opposed this move

This stinks,its gone beyond a joke now, in our league London will be like a set of Neighbours and Sheffield have at least 3 or 4 non UK players,the Kolpak thing does not wash with me.I don't want to bring up the fact that we have 100s of thousands of illegal immigrants in our country and here is a lad who will not cost the tax payer a penny and contribute to making lots of people happy to see him play.

This country blows my mind sometimes and the RFL are only interested in keeping the staus quo and never do anything to help Leigh, only hinder our progress.
