The public spats with a former fellow director was bad enough, These 2 high profile figure within their clubs is embarrassing to RL , One bragging he has £££s, One saying if he wanted him he`d get him no matter what. Promises of RB going out free instead of to Salford, Ryan being a Salford fan has seen that chance (be it whenever) gone up in smoke

Thanks for the compliment on the age situation.

Let's be clear, this is a fans forum not a court of law so bending the truth on here might just happen. Giddiness absolutely do you want to tell me which year in the last 30 Leigh have ever had a better club?

Did I back Arthur Thomas yes I did, did you?? If the structure that exists today had been in place between 06-11 when Arthur was involved we'd have got to SL.

Derek I've no doubt will get us there (again)!!

In a world were social media is at the centre of all debates why would the illegal tapping up of our most prolific player not be a talking point.

I said above why is it embarrassing??

I asked you a question thats all and you chose not to answer it but came back with to me with different ones ?

As it happens Arthur through substantial amounts of money at Leigh. He was generous to a fault. So much so he was decreasing his substantial amount of investment during his latter years of his tenure. WHY ?
He probably realised we was a million miles away.

if the current structure had been in place answer this ? How many grand finals did we contest ? You can include top 2 finishes if you wish just so to be compliable with the current structure.

The cold harsh facts are that whatever the structure betwern 06-11 we would not have been in SL Fact.

Fans forums and Social media are petfect platforms to discuss such matters in todays digital world,. Again I do / did not proclaim them not to be did I?

My point and obviously lost on some is if it is professional of club chairmen to drag out such differences in the full glaring public spectrum of such platforms.

IMO --In my opinion, I do not think so. I stand by that.

In case you forgot getting to the GF meant nothing.. It was alledgedly about tickin boxes which we did on the playing side twice.... How many GF did the eventual promoted Widnes get to?

It's an obvious point I can never prove as you can't go back in time. However had there been a clear route into SL Arthur would have got us there IMO.
